Jason started his career in property management in 2004. In 2011, he added real estate sales to his portfolio, quickly achieving status in the top 1% of East Bay Realtors. Jason is experienced in working with diverse clients – from first-time home buyers to seasoned real estate investors. For the seller, his innovative marketing and personal network outreach are key to his success. Affordable Housing & Compliance: In-depth familiarity with local, state, and federal regulatory compliance, including LIHTC (Tax Credit), Section 8, HUD, HCD, and city-specific housing agency programs (such as MOHCD in San Francisco).

Throughout her career, Maria has held leadership roles across leading real estate and property management firms. Her track record includes overseeing portfolios of up to 800+ residential units, managing multi-disciplinary operational teams, executing complex leasing plans, and serving as a trusted advisor to property owners, investors, and home buyers across the Bay Area.

When she isn't managing properties or assisting clients, Maria loves spending quality personal time with her two boys and husband, along with her beloved cats and dogs. She is an avid traveler who loves exploring new destinations, and she always enjoys unwinding over a great cup of coffee with good friends.

Bharat brings over 15 years of experience in property management and real estate operations, overseeing portfolios throughout the East Bay, South Bay, and San Francisco. As Director of Property Operations, he leads maintenance operations, capital improvements, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and project execution while focusing on operational efficiency and exceptional service for owners and residents.

In addition to his operational leadership, Bharat is an active real estate investor with a passion for residential renovation projects and process improvement. He enjoys building systems that help teams work more efficiently and deliver consistent results.

Outside of work, Bharat enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, listening to business and real estate podcasts, and working on home improvement and investment projects.

Lorena brings over eight years of administrative experience to the JPRE team, with a strong background in organization, communication, and managing the many moving pieces that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

As part of the JPRE team, Lorena provides administrative and transaction support across real estate sales, property management, and ongoing projects. Detail-oriented and highly organized, she works closely with clients, agents, vendors, and other professionals to help ensure deadlines are met, communication stays clear, and each transaction progresses as smoothly as possible.

Lorena takes pride in being dependable, responsive, and solutions-focused. Her goal is to provide the behind-the-scenes support that allows the JPRE team to deliver an organized, professional, and positive experience for every client.

Brooker of Record

Cove Corey brings over 40 years of experience as a licensed California Real Estate Broker, along with extensive experience in real estate, mortgage financing, and leadership. He previously served as Vice President of Sales for American Home Shield, a home warranty company based in Pleasanton, California, and as President of a real estate company with nine offices and 150 agents in Sacramento.

He also served as Managing Partner of Homestead Real Estate Financing in San Ramon, California, for 13 years. Cove was previously licensed as a California Mortgage Broker from 1987 to 2024 and currently serves as Broker of Record for JPRE Property Management Inc. (JPREPM).
